The receptionist was welcoming and the the pre-op staff was exceptional and answered all my questions, which put me at ease for the procedure at hand.

Had a wonderful experience using Dr. Bierhoff.

I found Dr. Bierhoff to be very offputting. He does not look at you when talking to him. Very odd. And his office never returns phone calls unless you're making an appointment. Dr. Bierhoff will not leave you a voicemail answering a few questions I had about my procedures that he performed yet he will leave a voicemail telling me a biopsy showed an infection. I don't get it. He made me pay another co-pay to make an appointment to ask him questions that he should have answered after my procedures. After I get my breath test to check if the infection is gone I will not return to this office ever again. There are many other practices that will treat a patient like they are important and return phone calls as well.

loved him. very nice and explained everything to me and I was able to joke around with him. that's a plus in my book. he may not seem easy going but he definitely seems to care about my health.

The whole experience of colonoscopy was as good as it gets in such a case. The staff is helpful and friendly dr Beirhoff is thoughtful and kind I felt like I was in good competent hands from my initial intake to the actual procedure I would send any of my loved ones to him he's a good doc

Dr Bieroff was very thoughtful and considerate of the explanation of my problem. I thought he took plenty of time to examine me thoroughly and ask questions about my symptoms. I was very pleased with his demeanor.
