GREAT PHYSICAN
This was my first appointment with Dr. Braun. I really liked him. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He took all the time we needed to get me to what I wanted to know. He is the best I have been to in a long time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a caring doctor. Friendly staff and caring.

I am not satisfied with Dr. Mark Braun's inability to give me adequate help to clear up a confusion with my BCBS insurance. BCBS had prostate concerns but did not know it was removed many years ago and I had been using a Testosterone prescription for over a decade since surgery. After filing a grievance with BCBS I was able to get the prescription filled in spite of no help from Dr. Braun who said I should see a Urologist to talk to BCBS. DUH ??

I have been going to see him for over 10 years. Nothing ever changes, nothing gets better. I have the same issues as when I started going. My last visit was the last straw. Over an hour and a half wait, not including th 20 mins that I showed up early. I should have been in and out with plenty of time to make a very important meeting. He finally walks in when its time for my call. When I asked if I could have 10 mins to take a call, he said… No. We can meet now or reschedule… Shocked!
