Has no compassion or interest in patient concerns
Dr. Brown has little knowledge about noise induced tinnitus and hearing loss and less compassion for his patients who suffer from tinnitus. I was handed off to him by a fantastic ENT in the same practice due to retirement. Dr. Brown said I should just not focus on the tinnitus hissing . He said everyone who ages gets tinnitus and it’s better than dying young. He cut me off when I wanted to ask questions or describe my suffering . I had a horrible hopeless experience with Dr. Brown.

From office staff to surgical center care I had excellent care. Doc Brown is optimistic and professional. I had a polyp removed from my vocal chord. It was easy and I found him trust worthy.

Very very Disappointed
If no star was available, I would choose it. I saw Dr Mark Brown at Raleigh ENT. Not very pleased with the service I received there. Dr Brown never called me back about the CT scan results. His nurse finally called (after my many attempts) and said it was negative but no info or directions as to what my next steps should be since the symptoms are still present. I am still having the pain under my right ear and neck down to the sides of my throat. I paid $216 for him to run a scope down my nose to find nothing and a negative CT scan with no further details or plan of treatment. I’ve never had results from a test and the physician not speak with me regarding those results and my next steps toward a treatment plan or follow-up. Would not recommend
