Dr Cassol has helped me with my Dry Eye Syndrome for many years. When I needed cataract surgery, I knew consult with. My cataracts are out and my implants enable me to read up close with no reading glasses!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Cassol for 3-4 years and we are very pleased. He explains procedures and answers questions ,all of them. Highly recommend him.

I traveled to Louisville from Hawaii to have Dr. Cassol perform my cataract surgery. His reputation is unquestionable and his practice is the epitome of excellence. His bedside manners are great, his examinations thorough, his staff is well trained. When entering his office, his staff treats you like family. The end-result was 20/15 vision in both eyes. I highly recommend Dr. Cassol for your eye care. He is topnotch.

I had 2 cataract surgeries performed by Dr. Cassol and had the panOptix Toric multifocal IOL implanted in both eyes. My vision is near perfect and have had no complications post surgery until now (a month later). His team works seamlessly to provide an efficient service. I would highly recommend!

BEWARE! He did not check to confirm that my eye was numb before he started the laser astigmatism correction procedure. When i cried out in pain and begged him to stop multiple times he did not stop. It was torture! When my family member complained and asked the director of nursing who was with me (and did nothing to stop him) why he did not stop right away she said “I don’t know. I guess he just wanted to get it finished”. No excuse. Obviously Cassol puts his time above patient welfare. Don’t use him.

I was very apprehensive about having cataract surgery and lens implants, but it has totally changed my life for the better. Dr. Cassol and his staff were very caring and efficient and the experience taught me I had nothing to fear from the procedure itself. I made two appointments to see him for an evaluation. The first time, I waited over an hour and left. The second time, I waited over 45 minutes and they called two people with later appointments before me. I went up to the desk and they said he had left for surgery. Then blamed it on me for not signing in when the sign-in sheet. There was no sign-in sheet. Really? Very unprofessional.

I recommended Dr. Cassol to my mother, who has now been seeing him for years. She looks forward to her visits, has never waited longer than 15 minutes, and has established a relationship with all of the staff.
