Care provided by this doctor at Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital - Elmbrook Campus. This doctor did not explain necessary medical information to a legal guardian for a ward's care. Poor discharge planning made it necessary to be admitted into another hospital only seven hours after discharging. Terrible communication from the doctor.
