Its a factory here. They cram too many patients into the schedule, keep you waiting, and don’t want to hear complaints. My last visit I was told I wouldn’t get a consultation because he had too many patients to see, just my prescriptions. When I mentioned I traveled from out of state to see him and waited 45 minutes, he told me I may be happier elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money here. These people don’t care about you. It’s all about the $$$$.

My experience was on 10/22/19 with Nurse Justyn. first of all they left me sitting in the waiting area for an hour. No one came to say anything to me at all, I had to go to window to see what was going on. The receptionist was ducked off in the corner behind the window on her cell phone. I stood at the window for like5-8 minutes waiting to be checked in & greeted. When I finally saw the nurse she was non chalant never gave eye contact. She literally gave me a referral and that was it minus asking like 2 questions. Very very unprofessional. I have to return soon, but I don't want to be seen by her. I have no problem with Dr. Coleman or the back office staff, but the front office staff is horrible And unfriendly.

Very disappointed with practice of Dr.Coleman, office staff was dysfunctional, they set appoint times they know that will not be kept made me and my son late for next appoint, was in pain but waited too long so my daughter asked that I not use this Dr.Coleman's medical office again. Very unpleased with how he makes you wait for over 45mins with a line up of others waiting for the same time and when you get to see him its less than 5mins not a lot consulting just a quick Steroid shot that you will need for several visits. Not recommend!

I was impressed with Dr. Coleman when I met him and he explained my problem. However, he ordered a shot. He didn't tell me there were a series of three. The shot didn't help. I was on a cruise and was in terrible pain. The cruise doctor helped by rearranging how I took my medicine and that allowed me to enjoy the cruise. He wrote a report for Dr. Coleman about what he did. Dr. Coleman laughed at the idea of me being helped by a cruise doctor. Arrogance does not breed respect or trust.

Very courteous staff! De. Coleman was very easy to talk to. He explained everything before and during the procedure. His staff followed up with a courtesy call the next day. I am so glad I chose Dr. Coleman as recommended by my doctor.
