Worst gastroenterologist have seen in the city
I have been trying to reach this dr for months and no one answers the phone. He canceled my endoscopy, and no one in the office answered the phone to tell me why. After 9 months, they finally answered the phone and I spoke to the office manager Stephany as I was trying to make an appointment with another dr because I am supposedly under the care of this useless dr. I spoke with office mgr Stephanie who denied me the transfer to another dr and literally laughed in my face. The lack of care and professionalm from this dr and his staff is just beyond.

Excellent Physician
Telehealth
I have not met a more professional, proactive physician. Dr Cossentino may have saved my life or extended it. When he found my tumor he personally contacted several physicians to begin my treatment and scheduled all appropriate exams. I appreciate his diligence and compassion. I will be forever grateful. The Providence network and his staff needs some people skills and organization but the care you get from this doctor is the best!

Always canceling appointments
Dr. Constantino acts like he cares and he doesn't. Supposedly it was so important to check a liver tumor I have every 3 to 6 months. He has cancelled my appointment 2 times already one in july and I in august. They want me to go in see the nurse practiser and pay my copy to get an order for MRI. They can't just give it to me since he has cancelled me 2 times. These doctors feel their schedules qnd lives are the only important things not the patients. I am a nurse and I would never treat my patients this way. Now they are saying I can't have an appointment until September. Try and sue them and they just cover up their mistakes. Healthcare in the US sucks

I have been trying for a month to get the results of a procedure I underwent in June. It has been very frustrating. My calls are never returned, and even when I have had to resort to going in person, nobody gets back to me, even though I was assured I would get a call back. Everyone during the procedure, the nurses, etc., were very helpful, but the office staff is extremely unprofessional. I will tell all my friends to stay away.

They never answer the phone! I give up!
I called several times and waited 20-30 minutes and they DON'T answer. If they can't answer I won't bother either. This is over a few weeks. I give up!!

He’s very professional. However the staff made a mistake and scheduled my colonoscopy and the facility did not have me in the system. Disappointed especially since I suffered through prep and haven’t slept for two days. Supposedly getting papers together.

Worst ever! BEWARE!
You can not call the office because nobody answers the phone. You cant leave a message because the mailbox is always full. They charge you for what insurance covers 100% and make it sound you are paying for your deductible. This Doctor is a SCAM!

very poor communication
It is impossible to reach his staff. And they do not accept email. You will call and call, then wait forever to talk to a clerk. I NEVER received pathology report from my colonoscopy but did receive a surprise bill from the CRNA for over $1200

The staff for Dr. Cossentino is absolutely worthless. Adriana will not give you a call back if you leave a voicemail or she will just forget and say she didn't have time, Erika is the nurse practitioner and couldn't care about your needs even if you paid her, no one in the office is on the same page for patient care, scheduling a call to speak with the Doctor will almost never happen because he will never speak to patients anymore and Erika has call. Sometimes they'll just forget the scheduled appointment and won't bother reaching out. This is absolutely the WORST Doctor's office!
