Dr. Dersch while being very professional, as most doctors are, was outstanding in how he communicates with his patients. He not only takes time to explain issues and options, he has a conversation with you and listens. I’m very happy Dr. Dersch is my urologist.

Absolutely love Dr Dersch but unfortunately some of his staff, not all, continually mess up appointments or make it unbearably difficult to make appointments. His front line definitely needs a lot of improvement. Again not all staff are guilty of this but has happened way too often and repeatedly!!

Dr Dersch has been good to work with for both kidney stones and prostate cancer. He listens and is interested in what I want to do. He is the best urologist I have dealt with.

Have been seeing Dr. Dersch at Advanced Urology for over 15 years and am very happy with him and his practice. By the way, Tressa, the x-ray tech in Oxford is awesome.

A Doctor is only as good as his staff. I don't like wasting my time . But, this Doctor has twice failed to allow me to see him by not being in the office I made the appointment at. Then, you don't get call back even from the office manager. Overall , a terrible experince.

Dr. Dersch is thorough, and never seems rushed. He listens, and answers your questions. He gives you all the information you need, and helps you understand what is going on in your body. He also will give preventative information. His staff is amazing! Nicole is super amazing at scheduling, Alexis is extremely efficient and a pleasant check out, Tressa is efficient and very personable in getting you ready for your appointment. They all seem to be able to cover where they are needed, and all seem to have a genuine concern for the patient. Acey, who scheduled procedures, called me before I reached my car; Wow! She is extremely fast and available! Everyone in this office has been pleasant to me every time I have had an appointment. Truly an awesome crew!!

Visit went smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Dersch reviewed all test results with me and explained all content in simple and easy to understand language.

I am writing this review is to share my disappointment with the care and concerns that my husband William was given by Dr. Dersch and his nursing staff. In our most dire time of need Dr.Dersch was unresponsive to my telephone calls, or did not show up when he was most urgently needed. Making us feel like we were all alone with no support… not knowing what to do or to expect. For over ten years William suffered from prostate cancer. Recent prostate problems landed him in the hospital. After an 8 day hospital stay during which time Dr. Dersch preformed a Cystoscopy Bilateral Stents procedure, things were looking up for William. He was recuperating at home and getting stronger and better each day. After 9 days at home it was time for his scheduled Voiding Test. Things took a drastic turn for the worst. The test did not go as planned and a catheter had to be reinserted. But now instead of urine going into the folly bag (which was how it had been) it was blood and also blood was coming out
