Zero Bed-Side Manner
Mark is a perfect example of a doctor that needs to retire. He has zero bed-side manner. Being the first time seeing a doctor in over two years because of Covid, I had several issues that I wanted the doctor to examine or at least give me a referral. They said they could address only three issues. How is this any way to care for patients?!?! Making them choose what ailments are bothering them the most, after making us wait two years to resume normal appointments! GET REAL! Of the three issues I inquired about, he took care of one. The other two, he said he would give me the address for a website with holistic remedies that might help. First off, the other two issues were out of his depth and I should have been referred to a podiatrist and a dermatologist; however, he seems to think he knows it all. Second, he never gave me the address of the website!!!! WHAT A JOKE! Never again! I will keep searching for a doctor that cares at Kaiser. So far, 0/2.

Rude, rushed, and completely unhelpful. Perhaps he was having a terrible day, but I got the impression that what I experienced is his normal personality.

Was attentive to both my voiced concerns as well as my medical records/tests. Took time to find a solution. He cares and is competent. I was happy.
