Dr. Mark Duffield, DO

Went to see him about my hip AVN. Talked about doing a core decompresion surgery. Never got a call from his scheduler or anything. Would not go back.

Duffield is TOTALLY Unprofessional and RUDE with a horrible Bedside manner. I would not recommend this guy to anyone ever. I had an appointment with him for 1:45 pm and after waiting over 1 hour he never showed up and then when I decided to leave the appointment he should up and was extremely RUDE!

I saw dr Duffield on Oct/19 for an opinion. The staff were very friendly. Dr Duffield was going to evaluate my arm & neck problem. He tells me that I need more treatment in order to recover and that these recom. he was going to give them in medical doc. I asked him if these recom would give them to me at the time and he told me he would give them to me in writing and send them to me in about a week. That never happened! In Jan 2020 he sent a doc with nothing he had recommended for my recovery. I'm talking about 3 months later. How this is possible!? After so many attempts btw calls, emails and talking to all the staff, today I'm writing this review, to let you all know how inefficient are in that medical office. I've even spoken to the office ad and have been told that they'll send me the doc, but they have never done so.  My health has been affected by their ineptitude and all they do is say, we will send you the doc as soon as possible. I've been waiting for the doc for a year.

Dr. Mark Duffield is simply awesome! I was having pain in my knee, reached out to him and his staff and was seen within 24 hours at his Douglasville office. During my visit, Dr. Duffield gave me very clear details of my injury and next steps. Ultimately, he remedied my issue. The team at OrthoAtlanta was great. Dr. Duffield is a very warm, personable and meticulous medical professional and I wouldn't choose any other Dr!

Engaging, professional, and knowledgeable. Asks probing questions and listens to your answers. Highly recommend and trust Dr. Duffield to care and correct any orthopedic issue.

Dr Duffield is amazing and very kind. He repaired my shoulder and if feels like I never had a problem with it before.

I was impressed with Dr. Duffield shortly after I met him in the exam room. It is no wonder he is the team physician for many of the local high school sports teams. He listens to the patient, provides understandable explanations, and gives the patient the options that will produce the best outcomes. I have not had him perform surgery on me yet, but plan to.

So far, so good. I feel like i'm finally getting the treatments I need. Therapy has been great so far as well.

The physician was very personable. He greeted us with a handshake. He took his time in explaining the treatment plan and answering each one of our questions. I believe that he was knowledgeable and spoke in a way that was easy for us to understand.

He explained the procedure in detail and talked me through it. I did not feel a thing , not even the needle go into my knee. All my worry was for nothing.
