He caught a cancer the doctor who ordered and tech who read the scan missed. He explained everything well, calmed my fears (The words Cance... kidney... growing tend to tighten ones orifice for sure)He operated, removed cancerous node, and I am cancer free. I would trust this man with anything!

Dr. Mark Ferretti has been my Urologist for the past six years. He diagnosed and treated my Bladder and Prostate cancers. He performed 3 surgeries and a number of cystoscopies on me as part of my treatment for my cancerous tumors.Very early, in my treatment, Dr. Ferretti established a communication link for me to get answers to questions I might have about my condition. He made sure that I understood what was going to happen next and how and why he was going to treat me.He has a professional bed side manner and he answers all of my questions and concerns. In my opinion Dr. Ferretti is a first-class doctor and I have recommended him to some of my friends who were in need of good urologist.

Went to the ER because I had my fifth straight night of what I thought was Kidney Stone pain. (I have passed them in the past) The CT scan revealed that I do not have stones but instead I have a cyst that is larger than the kidney itself. Was told that I should follow up with a Urologist immediately so I booked an appointment with Dr. Ferretti the next day. He told me that I shouldn’t be feeling pain from the cyst but he ordered additional tests. Eight days have passed and I still haven’t heard from him even though I have called back four times. I have to sleep sitting up because the pain when I’m lying down feels like I’m passing a stone and it keeps me from sleeping. I have passed this message on and I still hear nothing. He is a disgrace as a doctor and a human being.

Exceeded 5 stars every office visit, every phone call, every hospital visit. Never rushed, listens and responds in laymans terms. Takes other health issues into consideration when prescribing. Any procedure explained well and scheduled based on urgency. Both offices ease of scheduling, staff pleasant. Inquisitive and thoughtful, not afraid to think outside the box. Actually wish could clone for other disciplines, PCP, Cardiology, Gastro.... etc. Highly recommend.

We waited over an hour for initial visit with the staff not able to contact him. Then the day of the surgery waited over two hours with staff not able to contact him. Dr did not let family know of procedure outcome upon patient arrival to recovery. Extremely disappointed with professionalism.
