Dr. Mark Ford, DO

Dr. Ford usually helps me. His new staff,however, is awful. Staff arguably refused to check fax for a fax from another doctor. Rudely told me I wouldn't get an appointment anytime soon, told me there was no fax &did not check fax, other doctors office confirmed fax went through.Thought about changing doctors but I'd rather stay & be a thorn in staffs side. Dr Ford needs to beware of his new staff, the old staff is still helpful, NEW STAFF FULL OF THEIR SELVES & patients R complaining about them.

I made an appointment 3 months ago for a physical! When I went into the office they had me down for a follow-up appointment. I have not seen the doctor for over a year. so I do not know what the follow-up was about. Instead of correcting there mistake. They gave me an appointment another 3 months out. I do not recommend this facility!

Dr. Ford is a to the point no nonsense doctor. He does have compassion and will work to resolve your health issues. My husband and I like him a lot. He may not be for everyone, but is an awesome doctor. Yes, the front office staff could use some work and I have had issues with them. Hopefully the front office staff will improve and be friendly and not look like they are miserable.

I would NEVER recommend Dr. FORD to ANYONE! He has NO compassion whatsoever. He is the Dr. On call to sign off on dictation for the vent to be stopped on my grandfather per our family's and my grandfather's wishes and is refusing to do so because it is an inconvenience to himself. He has left my family here for hours in pure torture. If you care about your loved ones, choose a different doctor who will do their job and respect their patients and their families wishes.

This staff and facility treats people like cattle ! Whether you are a new patient or have a primary care doctor !! The window people are rude and don't care ! NEXT should be posted proud for all to see. If you want to be a number not a person than this is the place for you ! If you need an urgent appointment they can get you in by summer ! What a joke !!

I have had several Doctors over the years and stopped my search when I found him. He has been my Doctor for the last fourteen years and He has never been unavailable! I have been treated for minor colds to major health issues and his depth of knowledge/treatment has brought me comfort in times of distress. I strongly recommend Dr. Ford!
