Very insensitive office manager named Crystal and
I was referred to Dr Mark Forrest by the Emergency Room at Animas Hospital. I am from Arizona and needed a urologist. Dr. Forrest’s name was on a list for follow-up from the Emergency Room. He didn’t want to see me for some reason and his Office manager was rude and just told me to go to Mercy Hospital Urologist. Very poor referral! Her name is Crystal and she was impatient and nasty. Since he was the doctor on call for follow up I should have had a reason that he would not see me but she would not give me the time of day!

I have been using Dr. Forest for several years now and highly recommend him. He is a strait forward guy, no bull! Dr. Forest is caring and knows his stuff!

Excellent visit. Dr. Forrest saw me quickly. I had many questions and he took extra time to answer all of my questions. Went beyond simple answers to make sure questions answered thoroughly. Excellent knowledge base. Second time seeing him. Would recommend him to anyone. Very pleasant office visit.
