Wonderful office and staff
Telehealth
I read through the reviews and was shocked that many think the front office is rude. They have ALWAYS treated me so nice and are always friendly. I enjoy seeing them as much as I enjoy seeing the PAs and Dr Francis.

Terrible staff
Staff are terrible, billing is ALWAYS wrong (in their favor). Seems to take an act of congress to get it straight. Medical staff are pretty good when you get to see them.

Dr Francis
Dr. Francis is a throwback to the past….when doctors cared about their patients and not the number of patients that they could treat. He’s a good man and great physician…….

Great care!
We have been going here for 15 years. Dr. Francis and all 3 PAs we have seen are wonderful. We LOVE Dr. Francis and Yohanna! Were able to work us in when daughter returned from summer camp with 'swine fly' and we only had a couple hours to get her on the flu meds. Answer questions. Take time with us. Patient, professional and caring when they had trouble getting blood. Able to do well woman exam with regular doctor. Office is clean and has good protocols in place.Keep up with ongoing health conditions and new medications. We will be going here until they close the office.

Dr/team amazing, Office Mgr AWFUL!
Dr. Francis and everyone on his team (except for Office Mgr) are wonderful and really work with you to understand your needs for the best care they can provide at a PCP level. HOWEVER Cookie the office manager is an inidignit, combative nightmare. She is one of the rudest ppl I've ever encountered and I'm baffled as to how she still works there. She clearly doesn't approve of various areas of Dr. Francis care offering and makes it evident. She is rude and disrespectful. I refuse to deal with her when I call I immediately request to speak to someone else. It's unfortunate she's allowed to continue. But I've seen first hand the person she pretends to be in front of Dr. Francis.

The receptionist at this office is absolutely without a doubt one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. How in the world can you be so ugly to someone who needs a referral for an ortho specialist for an urgent matter? In their time of need, you can't even schedule an appointment for a referral visit without being genuinely nasty. Congratulations. Patient crying. On the phone with insurance switching PCP's instead of getting the medical care needed.

His staff is horrible. And while Dr Francis is a nice guy, he's not a great doctor. Often misdiagnosed me with unnecessary meds. Finally changed to a younger doctor that preferred natural remedies over drugs.

The office staff is incredibly rude! Dr. Francis is wonderful, but the lady behind the front desk is horrible. She is very stern if you ask questions and makes you feel like you messed up their entire day. Spend your money elsewhere.

Dr. Francis is been my doctor for close to 10 years, but his staff behind the desk are always rude, short and difficult. He is patient and kind, but I will be leaving because I am too old to take crap from the office staff. What a shame, as Dr. Francis is good!

Never in my life have I experienced such a rude staff each time I call or go for an appt. When I called for questions about a new medication I was unsure about, the nurse, Jackie, basically made me feel bad about asking such a dumb question and that I should just do what the Dr said. She made me feel bad for trying to take charge of my health. Although Dr. Francis is average, his rude staff is the reason I found a new Dr. This is something that can be fixed, so I hope my review helps them.

My "physical" this year lasted less than 4 minutes. He came in, ordered a blood draw, looked in my mouth and listened to my heart, then reviewed my standing prescriptions. Done. Two months later I received a notice he was firing me as a client because my pharmacy had not dispensed some of my medication as he had written. Seems to me he would have fired the pharmacy, not me. Dr. Francis seems to have taken a hypocritic oath instead of the Hippocratic one.

Dr Francis is a great doctor. However the office women forget that they are typists, not physicians. They have this smug, don't waste my time attitude. They're glorified secretaries, just smile, take my information, and shut up. If I want attitude I'll call my ex wife, keep in mind it's my money that goes in your paycheck, act accordingly.

I found Dr. Francis to be competent, professional and compassionate. So many doctors these days don't have a bedside manner or are too rushed to talk out the problem. You can tell that he is genuinely concerned and wants to help you get better.

A patient in Spring, TX – Feb 13, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Francis?
The office staff is a problem. They don't seem to have any care or concern and are lackadaisical about helping patients. A good doctor is not enough if he doesn't have the appropriate staff to support him. This staff is always making the patient jump through hoops to get what is needed. They need to take some initiative to take care of the doctors patients and get some empathy. Ladies, someday you will be on the receiving end of this kind of care. Hope you enjoy it.

I have been seeing Dr. Francis for probably 20 years. He is a great doctor. Unfortunately his staff stinks, and for that reason, and that reason alone, I will sadly be looking for another doctor. The front office staff is unpleasant, and that's being generous.
