This Dr gaslit me as a new mom - telling me his reflux was MY fault (preemie) and threw formula samples at us for a month. Telling me he does NOT prescribe reflux meds for babies. EVER. After a month of not gaining weight, constant vomiting, and screaming 14 hours a day we found a different Dr who immediately referred us to a pediatric gastroenterologist that got us on medication, had us coming in for weekly weight checks and counseled us all through the process of a milk protein allergy and severe reflux. I cannot and will not ever recommend this Dr or Just Kids Pediatrics to anyone.

We have seen him twice now and will not be going back to him. He was rude and dismissive. Walked out of the room in the middle of the appt because our special needs child was having a hard time. His attitude did not help calm her fears about being there.

Dr G, Gettleman was to hard for them to say, became our Dr by accident almost 21 years ago. My kids were the kids that pretended to be sick because they loved going to see Dr G! We moved hours away and my kids are not little anymore but my Jay just asked if he could go see Dr G out of the blue! Thank you for always taking such good care of my kids! I am glad you are still rocking it for the kids and parents!

Dr. Gettleman is excellent. He has always been spot on with my 17 month old son, doesn't prescribe medication when it's not necessary, and does prescribe when appropriate. His bedside manner is excellent and he is wonderful with kids. I really feel like we just click and he always addresses my concerns thoroughly, explaining the cause, symptoms, and what to expect. Seeing Dr. Gettleman really feels like seeing a friend. I highly recommend and trust him :)
