Dr Goodstein is a calm, kind ,compassionate Dr. He always takes time to listen to my problems that I am having with pain and recommends different things to help me. Ive had a few procedures done from him and must say he is professional and makes you feel comfortable even though sometimes you can be embarrassed about him working on a certain body part.He has always got back to me when I’ve left a message. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs help with pain.

The worse to get an appointment and if your an need to see him because it’s an emergency he has no appointments. Some staff is friendly but they don’t call you back and the doctor doesn’t either. To get MRI results takes a long time to get. Go to another doctor

Dr goodstein refused further medical care because I told his office manager I was going to complain about the Dr not getting my messages. He in his own words said his staff keeps him on hold for 40 minutes then drops calls. So I told the office manager I was going to lodge a complaint and then my Dr - who I had a great relationship with dropped me as a patient. No doubt Prohealth made him do this as they have covered up their actions

Dr Goodstein performed a spinal epidural on me in May. Thru no fault of his, unfortuneatly , I got no relief from my chronic back pain. My comments are related to poor follow up on Dr Goodstein's part. I asked him to discuss my treatment with my cardiologist. He said he would, but after my cardiologist called and left messages numerous times with no response, I decided to find a new pain management doctor. Really in-professional and disappointing.

Prompt. Knowledgeable. A very good listener. Gets all the facts before making any decision -- and, face it, these are BIG decisions. Definitely a go-to man.

Dr. Goodstein is the most caring pain specialist I have ever met or heard of. He actually cares, and checks the locations. He's very mild tempered and nice to chat with. I honestly couldn't think of a more ideal pain Doctor. I'm lucky to have him as my doctor after my accident.
