I went in needing a toenail removed. The injection to numb it up stung just for a few seconds. The removal was painless. I was expecting to be very uncomfortable after the numbing medicine wore off. I had absolutely no pain. Dr Graeber, his nurse, and his staff were exceptional. Overall experience was great. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Dr. Graeber and his staff are wonderful! My appointment was within a couple of days, and hardly any wait time to be seen! Scheduling, the office staff, and his nurse were all fast, friendly and helpful answering questions! For years, I’ve had ingrown toenails that were painful! Dr. Graeber got rid of them in one visit! Having shots in my toes frightened me, but the cold spray he uses before the shots, numb your toe! And I have a low tolerance for pain! Dr. Graeber is very gentle. The shots do hurt but not as much as I expected! Just stare at a tile on the ceiling (ignore him giving you the shot) and think of all the years not ever suffering anymore with painful ingrown toenails! He’s very fast and I am so thankful to him for getting rid of that pain for good! He is warm, down to earth and has a relaxing, loving bed side manner! Thank you, Dr. Graeber for getting rid of the ingrown toenail pain!

I found Dr. Graeber easy to talk to. He did not get in a hurry and was very thorough in examining my ankle and in his explanation. I appreciated the options that he gave.

The doctor seemed congenial enough, and very knowledgeable. But even with blue cross insurance, he was super expensive out of pocket. That being said, I believe you get what you pay for. But I’m not sure in my case. I believe treatment could have been more aggressive and feel I was steered in the direction favoring a pharmacy with close ties to the practice. Even so, it has been a nightmare getting the prescription from the doctor to the pharmacy ( only compounding pharmacy available) and the office staff at doctors office was rude and condescending. I may go back for a follow up, but not for any additional issues.
