This is not healthcare. This is a corporation that is money focused and not patient focused. Their employee is incompetent and does not do her job properly and they make me pay for her mistake. Sabrina, the billing manager, tells me that it is the patient's responsibility to know their benefits and I would agree 100% if it wasn't for the paragraph on their patient forms that states, if patients want the clinic to check benefits on their behalf, they will do so upon request and that is what I did. I asked the billing department to check my benefits and tell me if I had to pay anything out of pocket. It was their employee, who did not do her job right and did not get back to me until the day after the procedure even though I tried multiple times to reach her. If she had gotten back to me before the procedure date and had told me that I would owe $1800, I would have never chosen to do the procedure. It was an unnecessary procedure to begin with. Any decent clinic would take care of this matter and not burden the patient since it was their fault. I can not stress enough...stay away from this practice and go elsewhere. Lisette is the director of the clinic and she does not even have the decency to get on the phone and talk to me. I had asked Sabrina to ask Lisette to call me and never heard from her even after multiple attempts. Lissette, do you think your time is so important that you don't have the decency to call me? I am caring for a husband with Stage 4 cancer, do you really think that your time is more valuable than mine? You have wasted hours of my time and caused my family unnecessary stress by not taking care of this issue promptly and appropriately. If these people in management positions don't recognize that happy patients mean returning patients and happy patients mean new referrals by word of mouth, then Dr. Greaves you should reconsider your choice of employees. They are causing your reputation and your rating to suffer.. My family will never return to your practice and I am telling my story and how I was treated by Sabrina and Lissette to all my friends and relatives. I am also sharing my story with Nina at News Seven/ 7 on your side and Channel 4/ Better get Baquero. I should have read the other reviews and headed them. The poor ratings do matter and should not be overlooked.

Wonderful Experience
Routine colonoscopy was uneventful! The staff at Digestive Healthcare Center from the front desk to Sheenagh and Dr Greenburg, the anesthesiologist, were on time, professional and friendly too. Thanks to my recovery nurse, whose name escapes me as I was a bit groggy. See you in 5 years!

Outstanding Compassionate Physician
I've been a patient of Dr. Greaves for about 10 years. I've always found him very thorough, compassionate, easy to talk to and that he listens to his patients concerns. No issues and would highly recommend him. Overall, a really great person!

Unkind and unprofessional
Had a colonoscopy today. Dr did not even speak to me for more than 25 second. Would not answer my questions and walked away. I told he was rude snd he yelled at me. He has terrible bed side manner. Will not recommend him to my dog!

Misdiagnosed
Doctor was more concerned about scheduling a colonoscopy than dealing with the issue I came for. Dismissed my pain and said maybe I had a hemorrhoid gave me some cream,. I had an 18 cm tumor that punctured the colon. Thankfully I didn't listen to him or I would be dead now. Horrible doctor stay away.

Last appointment a nightmare. Waited 25 minutes because patient ahead of me came in at my scheduled time. Dr Greaves was unapologetic and very quick to get through my visit (4 minutes in total). Shocking and so disappointing. Besides my time being valuable, what about my chronic sickness? I think that deserves more than4 minutes.

The facility is 45 min away from me, but worth the drive! Tough to find well-reviewed Tier 1 doctors that also use Tier 1 facilities for insurance purposes, but glad I found DHC. Many doctors were highly reviewed, including Dr. Greaves, and I agree it is justified! The phone and office people were great, and Dr. Greaves helped me understand my first colonoscopy well before and after! Almost can't wait for my next one (okay, that's not exactly true)!
