Overcharged for little service.
Basically paid $600 for a hearing test that he requested even though I had my own hearing test done prior four months before Showing my test was normal , Save your money have your ears and throat checked by your normal physician.

Great ENT doctor.
I've been with Dr. Griffin since the beginning of my cancer journey and I'm so thankful for him. He saw a problem, did the preliminary testing, and I think saved my life. I haven't met many doctors that cared about my health as much as he has. He's one of the best on this side of the state.

I have been going to this clinic since 2005. Dr. Trowbridge was my physician but have seen all of the docs here. Apparently since they moved no one gets back to you on test they ordered, scheduling. So if you had vertigo like me you just suffer through it for months. The physical therapist never got the referal, hospital never got orders. I saw David PT who thinks I may have had Labyrinthitis as I had an issue for almost 6 months two years ago. They also handle my thyroid which I have nodules and a goiter. I literally had a receptionist today tell me that my ultrasound was normal, it may not have changed but I have a goiter and nodules not normal and why we do the ultrasound so I am going to assume that there is no change. The Assistant and doctor are apparently too busy to get back with you or do not get messages maybe plastics is more what they want rather than ENT issues since moving just bizarre

Go elsewhere. Very monetary motivated it seems. Wouldn't hardly explain the result of my tests that came back after I left the office. Clearly were not interested in addressing the actual problems going on once they determined I didn't need sinus surgery and they would not be cashing in on that operation. The nurse basically hung up on my when I was asking for an explanation of results and what I could do to remedy my nasal issues. I am still getting random bills from my 45 min visit from other doctors related to the lab work two months later with minimal explanation. Definitely seems like double billing. Find another doctor to see!!

I would give Dr Griffin 10 stars if we could He is great in every way but his medical asst and her supervisor are nightmares! If you call for a test result that is 2 days late already you will get your head torn off! Argumentative , aggressive and unprofessional! I have never witnessed this in any medical setting in my life. Dr Griffin would be wise to replace some staff members. You can see similar reviews here also meaning they are like this w everyone

Dr Griffin is wonderful and a fabulous provider.. however, as others have stated, his office staff are clearly a mess. I work in the hospital setting as a director over all coding and billing in a hospital and I can tell you that this office has major issues with the way the handle patients and claims. Every return appointment, the office staff try to treat him as self pay and ask for the entire office cost, when we have given the insurance multiple times, they coded for a procedure that was not done and when this was brought to their attention, they disregarded my husband and my request for correction. When calling into the practice for results, they do not return calls, when a referral needed for an allergy provider, they had to be reminded several times to put in the referral. The staff are not friendly and they treat patients as a number or as another person stated, have no compassion or empathy. This provider needs to have an office staff that is as wonderful as him.

Dr Griffin seemed good but his support staff are terrible. Little to no compassion or empathy. Blatantly obvious they are more money motivated than driven by patient needs. Rebecca (scheduling/billing) and Veronica ( med asst) were especially awful. Very argumentative and aggressive. Refused to assist me in disputing a claim with my insurance company. First red flag was when they made me pay copay PRIOR to visit. First time in my life a doctor’s office has done that. Go elsewhere.
