I called to ask a question,the first day I was on hold for 21 minutes before I hung up and called again,no one answered.The second day I was on hold for 15 minutes when someone answered and took my number to call me back.Unprofessional and unorganized

The office environment is very clean and welcoming. The providers listen to you in timely manner. it is hard to get your refiles but in general i would recommend this doctor.
