I was told this was a good doctor to see. So I dumped my current doctor, went through lots of frustration to get all of my records to this office, had to call my ins. provider and get switched over to Hernandez and then got a scheduled appt. about a month and half ago. A couple days b4 my appt I got a call to reschedule it with Hernandez. I get another call today and now I am in severe pain for around 2 months now that I can either cancel my appt or use the PA that is going to be employed with them soon. WHAT KIND OF BS IS THIS? I have major medical issues and they have jerked me around for 2 months or more now. I have extremely high blood pressure, high cholesteral, a swollen ankle foot and calf and probably will stroke out or have heart failure due to lack of oxygen as it is very hard for me to breathe most of the time. I have been telling the ladies over the phone my symptoms but they do not give a crap. IF YOU WANT A CARING DR STEER CLEAR OF HERE

IN PAIN AND WAS GIVEN THE SHAFT BY HERNANDEZ – Sep 24, 2021

Stay away from this man! Dr Hernandez was exceptionally rude to my son when we came in for stitches after an accident with a hatchet at a logging camp. My son hadn't cried on his hike down the mountain after the accident, and didn't cry until Dr Hernandez was rough with his wound. We came in with a 4 inch long gash that was over 1 inch deep, and the doctor seemed inexperienced with how to treat it. He only anesthetized the wound on one side of the laceration, then told my 9 year old to 'stop getting worked up over nothing' when my son started crying from pain with the suturing process. My son could feel every insertion of the needle, and Dr Hernandez would repeatedly rudely tell him with a brusque voice to 'quiet down', and 'you don't feel any pain, trust me', 'stop working yourself up', 'toughen up' and 'stop crying'. My son was lying still without doing anything other than saying 'ouch' and crying. I've never seen such bad bedside manner. He shouldn't be allowed to treat patients.

Dr. Hernandez was fantastic. I had Bells Palsy and he knew right away what to do. He also was careful when he prescribed Prednisone because it raises your blood sugar and I'm diabetic. So he told me to increase my insulin while on prednisone. I'm also happy with the staff as I have never had a long wait time.

Rude, uncaring, one of worst dr. visits ever. Left me in the exam room crying.

They order tests and forget to tell you, YOU need to check with your insurance to see if covered. They order a MIR and never followed up, I had to call them. They ordered a mammogram and never followed up, they blamed the center who does the test. When you call to as you're treated like you're a stupid idiot. Never got to see a "Dr." just an assistant. I'm done here.... NEXT!

Has been our physician for 2 or 3 years and has been one of the best we've had. Listens well and never rushed. Like how efficient his staff is and short wait times.

At first i didn't have insurance, once I got insurance my 1st appointment they decided I had to have a ton of tests, blood work, and xrays done when I had them done 7 months earlier, and they were irrelevant to why I was seeing the doc. My appointment that day was $680 and they made me pay cash and said once my insurance paid them I would be reimbursed. My insurance paid it in late November 2015. I then spent months hearing that there bank would send me a check. I got that check April 12th 2016.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY 43 YEAR LIFE. My medication is $70 a month. After 8 months the dr decides that he wants me on the brand name instead of generic so I go to fill it and it's $1189 a month, so I had to wait 2 weeks to see if my insurance would cover it and during that time he wouldn't let me get the generic so I paid $600 waiting on them. The insurance said there were plenty of generics and wouldn't pay for it. So I let the Dr know I had to pay cash and he didn't care he wouldn't change it.
