Horrible from the start. Didnt even make it to the appointment thanks to the rude front desk staff. Heartless and incompetent.

I waited months to get in. I had gone to the hospital by mistake. I called Dr. Jones office stating I was on my way, but would be a few minutes late. I arrived 12 minutes late. I got in only to be told they wouldn’t see me. I had to wait a month plus to see him again. The receptionist, nurse and Dr Jones were rude and absolutely no bedside manner, not to mention I waited 1 hour and thirty-nine minutes to see Dr. Jones. Remember they wouldn’t see me for being 12 min late. He told me I needed a MRI. Went back for results and he suggested something I might need that I had never heard of. I asked him again and he said, “I just told you”. I called the receptionist to fax my last day’s record to a doctor for a second opinion. I said I have their phone number. Rudely she said when you get their fax # call back. I said fine I will do your job. Office didn’t receive fax so I called today and she said she would get it out by end of week. I said come on. She said I was rude.

Dr. Jones did my first cervical fusion in 2010. After two years I started getting burning, itching and swelling in the occipital area and returned several times to get answers. In 2017 I asked him what the plates were made of because I thought I was allergic to them. Still waiting 3 years later for a response about the plates! In the mean time, I found a great surgeon who did remove the plates and two days after the surgery the burning and itching was gone! HE DID NOT LISTEN TO ME!

My husband was going to have surgery with Dr Jones but he needed a kropasty done first. Dr Jones office does not do this so I asked the nurse if they could recommend someone and she said no. So we contacted Dr Saladi’s office and they did it. Dr Jones found out so he cancelled my husbands appointment and will not see him! His office wouldn’t even give us an appointment to talk to Dr Jones so we could explain things to him! Dr Jones has delayed my husbands care by at least 2 months. recomend NO
