Dr. Mark Kallgren, MD

He did the most detailed intake and exam I've ever had, including compared to my 2 spine surgeons!

Bragged incessantly about his credentials and how great a doctor he is. Got angry when I didn't remember the names of all the doctors that sent me on the numerous MRI's I brought with me. Then told me he couldn't help me and stormed out of room. Left me crying and trying to leave but I couldn't walk and other patients in waiting room helped hold me up and get me to my car. Even a office staff lady tried to help. Dr Kallgren was loud, intimidating and cruel.

I had terrible back pain. Someone told me I needed to see a neurosurgeon and he wanted to do surgery and Dr Kallgren save me with from that. He did a RFA and it lasted almost 7 months. What a difference. I can walk again thanks to him pretty awesome doctor

After a series of 2 epidural injections my chronic lumbar pain was improved along with the newer, severe rt knee pain that I had been recently suffering from. I had serious doubts when advised that my knee pain might be related to my spinal issues even when he explained this upon review of my MRI's but after 2 epidurals, my knee pain was greatly improved! He knows his stuff and I'm so glad he has joined this practice!

Dr Kallgren was very attentive to my particular pain issues. He spent time going over different options. After ablation procedure my pain is better but not completely resolved. I confused working with him on this.

Dr. Kallgren took his time to explain treatment options to me-I really appreciated that. I didn’t feel like he was rushing me out of the room like so many experiences I have had in the past. It was the second time I saw him and it was just a great as the first time. Thank you for spending time with me and not rushing me out of the office. ??????

My first visit with Dr. Kallgren I was not impressed. But giving him a second chance he came across caring and knowledgeable. I recently had a procedure done by him and I was extremely happy. His expertise was very apparent as it was almost painless. He knows what he is doing!

He reviewed my MRIs and showed me the results on the computer. Dr. Kallgren explained what I was looking at and why I was in pain. He was compassionate when he explained my options.

I have never felt so discarded by a Physician.

Very disappointed and by far the worst experience I have had with a provider. I was 3 minutes late and had already checked in early traveling over 50 minutes to get to his appt, an appt which I should never have needed had his office staff completed their duty of obtaining records for my first appt (staff had 2+weeks to obtain records for my first appointment - they never called to indicate they did not have records). So, the appointment was useless and I had to schedule another appt. For the second appt, I was traveling over 50 minutes and called the office, went through their long list of prompts. I called when the ETA updated and stated I would be 3 minutes late. I was told via by Renee that the Dr said if I was 1 minute late then I was to be turned away because he had something he had to do. He was 15 minutes late for my first appt by the way.As I stood at the counter, he had just walked out of his appt prior to me and looked at me and yelled at his staff that he would not see me.

Dr Kallgren went above and beyond to explain the arthritis in my neck which I recently broke. He never tries to rush you out as fast as possible. I had all my questions answered pleasantly!

I saw Dr. Kallgren for the 1st time. He spent quality time and listened to what I had to say. I did not feel rushed at all! I highly recommend as he is compassionate and I trust he will be able to help me with my back pain.

Dr.Kallgren's office is very professional and clean. When you have an appointment they are right on time usually. Dr. Kallgren is very professional and spends time with you to make sure you understand what is transporting and what the steps are for your specific pain

5 star physician who restores my belief that patient centric medicine still exists!!! Provides thorough and concise medical information in a considered yet constructive manner.

The Dr told me I was not to ask any questions.He would ask them and wouldn’t even give me a chance to explain. He wanted yes or no questions. He appears very old, I would like to know his age. He was rude & someone I would not recommend anyone

Awesome staff, all very helpful and pleasant. Genuinely concerned about relieving one’s pain!!

Dr Kallgren was very professional and exacting, in addressing my pain concerns. I have full faith in his judgment and will do everything that he suggests to help me.

The nurses were so nice and Dr. Kallgren is great! Explains the procedure and thoroughly goes over report prior to appointment.

Made my wife and I feel very welcome! He is very educated and takes time to answer and questions and concerns.
