I’ve been seeing Dr Lebeis for a while now. He has always listened and explained things to me. He is concerned about your health. All my doctors are at Ascension and love all of them.

The worst service. I can would give ZERO rating if possible. if the doctor practices at multiple places, they should let people know which place they need to show up at. I lost 1.5 hour of my life. I called their office and they said they sent notification the day before to so and so phone number which is totally NOT correct and i didn't received any notifications (also they provided the correct phone number when verified). Also they said that my appointment was on March 14th , Thursday of 2021 (the thing is march 14th of 2021 is NOT Thursday). I double checked then they said your appointment is march 16 2021 and they were saying that my appointment is at 8 which is incorrect as well, actually my appointment is at 8:30. NO NOTIFICATION/CONFIRMATION of what so ever. Never ever waste your time. Also she said that she will check with doctor to see if he can see me today , put me on hold and the response was like i didnt showed up and i rescheduled to so and so date and then cancelled. i
