Dr. Mark Magged, MD

He put the wrong information in my records and I haven't been able to contact him to correct it. He seems to be 'into himself' and not about the patient. When he went to listen to my lungs on my back, he put the sthescope where my bra hooks were. I had kidney stones and he sent to see a gastroenterologist.

I have seen Dr Magged for the last 20 years. I moved farther away and still drive to his offices. He is a wonderful, caring doctor who always listens.

This review is not for the Dr. but for the staff. Every time I call, as per Dr. Magged, I get a run around. I have talked to him about my pharmacy refill, questions, and he has said to call the office so he can get a message. I received a notification from my pharmacy for a recall of my medication. It says to call my Dr.'s office and get a substitute. Waited on hold and was told to call the pharmacy to see if my medication was affected by the re-call. I'm pretty sure it was.

Dr. Magged and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. He has been my primary care physician for several years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. I would highly recommend

Mark Magged cancelled on me at the last minute. But, since I cancelled a few times due to a variety of life situations. He rudely scolded me and did not allow any other professional "Doctor" to see me. Because his last minute cancellation was a year ago, it was ok. Extremely rude, disrespectful & uncaring of circumstances. Reception told me he wanted to tell me in person. He never intended on seeing me. I could have been told this via phone. He had me drive in only to tell he wouldn't see me.
