Exceptional Care, Honest, Personalized Attention
Dr. Medici recently performed my knee surgery, and I highly recommend him. From the start, he was patient and understanding, easing my anxiety by taking the time to get to know me and address my concerns. I appreciated his straightforward, no-nonsense approach—he didn’t sugarcoat anything and was upfront about what to expect during and after surgery, ensuring there were no surprises in my care plan.Throughout my recovery, Dr. Medici remained attentive, checking on my progress and making sure I was on track for a full recovery. Even though we didn’t know each other before the surgery, he genuinely understood my personality and tailored his care accordingly. If you need an orthopedic surgeon who combines skill with personalized, honest care, Dr. Medici is the one to trust.

Knee replacement surgery
Dr Mark Medici’ is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. I recently had a total knee replacement completed by Dr M. It was a masterful bit of surgery performed by a wonderful, compassionate doctor.

Poorly Run Office
I have been very happy with Dr Medici. He is treating me for both of my knees. But the main problem is that you have to leave a message instead of talking to a person and then no one calls you back to set up an appointment or answer your question! I've called twice this week and I am still waiting. When I called now at 4:30 they said the office is closed and to call during business hours! I am beyond frustrated! Dr Medici is great but I can't get to him and he probably doesn't even know this is happening! No way to let him know either! I'm sure it isn't just happening to me! Not happy with this office.

Wonderful Experience Thank You Dr. Medici
Perfect. I have been seeing Dr. Medici for over 3 years due to bone on bone of right knee. Approximately, 15 years ago my mother fell and broke her femur bone at the age of 90. Dr. Medici operated and after that she did not even walk with a limp. Therefore, when I had problems with my right knee and tried the shots, that did not work, I finally decided it was time to have a knee replacement. Dr. Medici assured me it was a safe operation but recovery could be another story. I finally had surgery at Good Sam on Jan 4th and no pain after surgery did not even take pain medication. The recovery was fine . Went to Helen Hayes for 5 days after Good Sam and walked out without a problem. Yesterday, Feb 16, I was discharged from Dr. Medici. Must continue my Physical Therapy for another month or so. That's not a problem. I had so much anxiety waiting to have the operation. Thank you Dr. Medici , Staff of Good Sam and Helen Hayes and Sportcare for making my recovery a success.

Beyond expectations
After a bad experience with another orthopedic surgeon, I was recommended to Dr. Medici. I judge doctors by their reputation, referrals from other trusted medical professionals, and their interpersonal skills. I was very please that I found Dr Medici. From the first visit he was professional, personable and discussed my situation with compassion and concern. He identified my initial problem where others did not. And later on he diagnosed an on going situation quickly and accurately. He replaced my right hip and, due to his skill and experience, I have been pain free from the next day after surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Medici to anyone who needs orthopedic help.

The first time I saw Dr. Medici was for my son and a lacrosse injury. Then again for my daughter and a lacrosse injury. Never did I think I would be his patient as well. 15 years later I found myself having difficulty walking, climbing steps even laying on my side/sitting. I made an appointment with Dr. Medici. He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision about my hips. Initially I choose not to have surgery. I took medication to offset the pain. I never was the type to take medicine and here I was taking pain medication every day. Even with that I was still in agony. I decided to have the surgery. Dr. Medici gave me my quality of life back. He operated on both of my hips. 5 weeks out of each surgery I was doing great. Not only is he an excellent surgeon he has a bedside manner to match. I never had any issues or concerns with his office staff. I experienced limited to no wait time in the waiting area. I would recommend Dr. Medici to any/everyone who is in need of his.

Dr. Medici saw my daughter for a number of issues. On the main issue, he told us he did not need to read the MRI as the radiologist did. We insisted he look at it. He told us he did and nothing was seriously wrong even though my daughter could not lift her arm. She went through months of ineffective PT. Eventually took her to another Ortho who took one look at the same exact MRI, identified a tear, and was able to surgically repair it. Either we were lied to and Dr. Medici did not look at the scan, or he completely missed the tear.

Dr. Mark Medici's office and staff are excellent. It's very easy to get an appointment and the wait time in the office is within 5 minutes. Dr. Mark Medici recently did a full knee replacement of my left knee at Good Samaritan Hospital. It was super successful. He and his staff prepared me for what to expect. The surgery and follow up was outstanding. I was well taken care of and supported throughout the entire time frame.

Dr. Medici and his staff are just wunderful. There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe him and his staff. Everyone from the front desk, Chastity, Krista, Erica and Pat were truly OUTSTANDING. I would go no where else for a full knee replacement.

My 77 year old husband feel down a flight of steps. We saw Dr. Medici as he was in extreme pain. He totally missed 7 rib fractures and 2 thoracic fractures. He told him it was muscular and to go to PT. Such an uncaring man!

He performed rotator cuff surgery on me that he had no business doing. It was a complete tear that was not going to last without including a tissue graph procedure included.Of course he did not mention it because he did not have the knowledge how to do it.After the surgery during PT the therapist and i noticed something was wrong that i was not healing properly.Eventually the "doctor"says you are fine just go back to the gym.I was always in pain & another MRI showed its torn.Him-what did u do?!

Dr. Medici is a consummate professional and an excellent surgeon. He truly cares about his patients. He is knowledgeable, caring, listens intently and encourages you to ask questions. Total Hip Replacement surgery is elective and Dr. Medici never pressured me to undergo surgery. Instead he worked with me and my wife and helped us make an educated decision. The surgery was a complete success. I was up and walking with the Good Samaritan hospital PT staff a few hours after surgery.
