Dr. Mark Norleans, MD

I've been with the doctor over 6 or 7 years and I like that I talk to him very open and direct. He's gotta good personality and I can relate to him. One of the best Doctors in Fort Myers . Especially for people struggling with addiction. He is extremely informative and spends what ever amount of time needed with his patients. He also goes above and beyond for any other issue you may have. Thank you Dr. Norleans!

Dr. Norleans has been an advocate of my physical and mental health. I’ve been skeptical of judgment on both sides of my healthcare. I have found a safe place to land in all aspects. Susan is there for scheduling as I have had a crazy year. Always kind, and understanding.

Cannot get to a person to make an appointment. Have been to Dr. Norleans many times, but seems more difficult to talk with someone.

I had suffered problems with my memory and balance. When I was hospitalized for a week because of these problems he did not even visit me one time. In his office after waiting nearly an hour the doctor on spent less than 5 minutes with me. I am going to find another doctor

Avoid this office. The office and the doctor are rude and unprofessional. They don't care about my health condition. They billed the test that I have never done there. They never return my calls regards wrong billings. I am perfectly healthy and just went there for an annual checkup which should be 100% covered by my insurance, but now ended up needs to pay for hundreds of dollars. They don't care about if the tests are necessary to me or not. The doctor just ordered them and ask me to pay.

The office manager and reception girl are the most unprofessional and rudest people you will ever meet they are unorganized have no clue what is going they will tell u something different from one minute to the next they are not the most honest people either they are not above lieing which they do regularly beware
