Dr. Mark Pellegrino, MD

Got an EMG fone here and he explained the whole process while being preformed. Took his time and even used humor to help make me more comfortable. Squeezed our appointment in and got immediate results on test.

If I could make this review - I would unfortunately I had to select a star. This facility is trash and so are the people working in it. I have never been treated this poorly in the healthcare field. Dr. Pellegrino, Dr. Shakir, and Natalie Groff all trash. The need to find new careers. I honestly have too much to even type so just trust me when I say stay away!!!!!!!

I have been going to see many doctors since a car accident in 2020. Dr. Pellegrino is very professional and he is compassionate. He is patient when explaining your conditions and solutions. He comes across as a genuine nice guy and it is a pleasure to meet with him. I have confidence that he will help me.

My wife was told she needed a test done. She replied, We just went through a bankruptcy and we cannot afford to pay for any testing at this time and that are insurance deductible has not been met. She was assured by office staff that the test was standard and she would not receive a bill outside of a office visit copay. She them told her concerns to the doctor. Mark J Pellegrino MD, he also assured her she would only have to pay her office copay. At that point she aggreged to have the test. Well that wasn't the case at all. The service was provided in April and in May my wife was informed that the test was much more then the copay, a whooping $968 dollars. She called them imminently. She was told not to worry and they would see what they could do about it. Well 4 months have past and my wife tried 3 times to get to the bottom of it. She was told they are still reviewing it and would get back to her. They did by mail with the full price of the bill. All they care about is payment.

He DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS! He is arrogant and rude, will interrupt you, and spend 2 min in the room. When he was told his treatments didn't work ( after a wait time of 3 months to get in) he walked out of the room. My daughter in pain and desperation broke down sobbing. When he was asked to return to the room, he said he "didn't have time" and would "answer questions at our next follow up appt"! Needless to say, THERE IS NO FOLLOW UP! All he wants is your insurance money. Don't waste your time. Meanwhile my daughter is without pain relief, and an unknown illness. The search is still on for a GOOD doctor.

I have seen him for about 12 years for my fibromyalgia. Prior doctors were worthless and uninformed. I never feel like he dismisses my symptoms or concerns. He has great bedside manner and is very personable. Appointments are almost always on time and I have had no problems getting perscription info sent to my pharmacy. I'm also in the healthcare field and am very picky. M. Geesen Ohio

Dr. Pellegrino is the best, I herniated 2 discs in 2004 and after seeing doctor after doctor to help me with the pain. He was the first doctor that actually put his hands on my neck and my back and pushed to find out where I was feeling the pain at. I would highly recommend him if you have any type of spinal injuries etc etc

He understands FM because he also has FM. He took his time with me and listened to my concerns. I’m FINALLY finding some relief with his help !

I give this place a -10. I would (and did) look for help somewhere else. For me all that I found with him at his office was hurt and disappointment. I wouldn't trust him or his team again.

In August, 2016, Dr. Pellegrino performed a double skin biopsy. The samples were sent to Labcorp and they COULD NOT do the analysis. My samples were discarded. The former office manager, who either quit or was fired the same month, told me that the problem was between their office and the lab and if I had a second set of biopsies at their office, I wouldn't be charged for it. Well, they're trying to charge me for Dr. Pellegrino's service. My insurance company already paid him last summer.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A DRUG ADDICT.

He twisted my body, I had to grab his arm so I would not fall. I ended up in an er 20 minutes after Pellegrino's exam with severe spasms in my chest. My ribs were sore for a week.

Very hard for new patients to make appointments. No call back from the staff after numerous attempts with a physician recommendation...very disappointing. .
