Terrible
My husband went in to get some help for the Lyme he was diagnosed with via a Top rated specialist lab. Dr Pierce said Lyme isn't even in our area. Run away people. Educate yourselves. Lyme is everywhere but especially in our area. It's a shame doctors can't humble themselves to read out of cdc lit. If you suspect Lyme find someone else.

Dr. Pierce diagnosed what was wrong with me while I was in a coma. He saved my life. He is very straightforward, to the point, and answered my many questions honestly. Went to see him twice after I was released and his staff was as amazing as him. Would recommend him to anyone.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! After waiting weeks for an appt, I saw him 2 weeks ago. He walked in the room and says "What am I seeing you for?" Didn't even read my chart beforehand. While I was telling him my symptoms, he cut me off and said "I don't think I can do anything for you. But I'll take blood and run some tests." He was in the room for 7-minutes. He ordered one vile of blood (which is nothing and I was told the results would be done in 1 hour), yet I still haven't received a call about results.

Dr PIerce is the best doctor I have seen. He explains things well and doesn't treat symptoms just to satisfy the patient. He gets to the root cause of the problem. I know other infectious disease doctors in the area are quick to treat conditions that don't really cause symptoms. I was told by another infectious disease doctor that I needed IV antibiotics due to a tick bite or I would have lasting debilitating problems. Dr Pierce told me that no treatment was required and I was better in 2 weeks.

He treated me for my fourth episode of CA-MRSA but the first that was external. He was the only one who understood my temperature runs low. He told me to be concerned if it got to 98.2. He was also the only Dr. who put me through a MRSA ERADICATION PROGRAM. And so far so good!
