Dr Real
I have been a patient of Dr Real for a long time. He has been supportive, kind, well informed and thorough. The problem is the Staff that answers the phone now that the office is part of Penn. No direct access to anyone in the office. I called for an emergency appointment after surgery in January 2024 and was told the next available appointment was in May. That makes no sense.

Awful Service, does not care about patients
Multiple unreturned calls. Messages left with service and office staff indicating medical concerns. No return call. Multiple hang ups after waiting lengthy period of time on hold. If you are ill, go somewhere with professional staff - this is not that place.

Dr. Real is great! I have been seeing Dr. Real for many years for various reasons and am never dissatisfied with my visits. He takes time to listen and explains everything very thoroughly and does not rush through my appointments. It is very clear that he is genuinely concerned about his patients health.
