office is disorganized
They forget referrals, don't return calls. Took multiple calls to get them to send medical records that my Dr had requested. The sleep lab is a joke! Someone took an old office and threw in some uninsulated walls and a few beds. It is the least sleep inducing environment. I would not recommend this office. Staff is not personable at all!

How do you get a new patient appointment?
I have called and left a message for callback, four times, on the new patient line. I have not been called back. I’m wondering how you get a appointment! On the web it says he’s accepting new patients. I have been referred by my primary care physician.

Rude and offensive employees
Don’t have problems with Dr. Scott or NP Eva. My wife has seen them for over three years. But, as stated in another review it is time to change. The back office is manned by a bunch of rude people that really don’t want to be there. They were so rude to my 73 year old wife because she has a problem wearing a mask. She see’s Lee or Eva because she has problems breathing and wearing mask causes her to hyperventilate. They literally ask her to leave and refused to let her keep her appointment. They have no compassion what so ever.

Wonderful doctor
But........I have been with him for almost twenty years but I have to leave the practice. Phone calls are not returned. Patients in the waiting room have been treated rudely. The practice has become huge and is a rat race.

Practice runs like a revolving door
This office is very dysfunctional. It’s like grand central station. The phone operator never picks up the call instead it goes directly to Someone by the name of April. not the person who I wish to speak with. This has been going on a long time. Time to change to another practice. Ava the assistant called in the wrong dosage for my inhaler. Instead of 200 she called in 100 which is very ineffective. It cost me $131.00 for the wrong script. One day I finally got through to her assistant Brook told her about the problem and had her ask Ava what she can do to correct the mistake. No return call from her. A few days later I called again with the same request. Again no resolution no return call.

Very rude man! My sister seen Dr Scott in WFL hospital. My sister has a history with her lungs. He did not bother to investigate her history and had no clue about the present. In two days he listened to her lungs once, and then d/c her from his care.

I was referred to Dr. Scott for breathing problems six years ago. It is difficult to get an appointment with him, and his office is generally packed. Once I met him, I could understand why. He took his time and evidently ordered the right tests for me. I just go back for checkups now. He is personable, comfortable, and a wonderful doctor.

I was referred to him for an ASAP appointment and told his office would call me. They never did. After a week I called his office and my appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Three weeks for an ASAP appointment? When I did see him he wanted to do a procedure I don't think I need without giving me a good explanation. I'm not willing to have a medical procedure when I don't understand why it's necessary. I'm a retired RN so I do have some knowledge of risk factors.
