Office staff/policy challenging to work with
It took multiple calls to get my first visit scheduled. They only schedule new patients on certain days (so they don't hold up in-person patients), which was fine by me, but then they didn't call me back on those days to schedule as promised. When my appointment got scheduled and came due several months later, I messed up and missed the appointment (my bad, no argument). Though their system sent an email saying they wanted to reschedule ASAP, when I called they refused - saying their policy is not to reschedule when the first is missed. I'd much rather they charge me for the visit and show some grace at least once (sorry, I was working a bunch of OT and got the day wrong).

An excellent proactive and caring physician who has helped me detect and overcome two life threatening illnesses by being thorough and timely in monitoring my ongoing health. Dr. Spears is a very caring and professional Doctor. He will spend time explaining your medical condition and test results. His staff could not be more helpful and friendly. My husband and I feel fortunate to have him as our Doctor.
