I did not feel that Dr. Squire was interested in understanding and solving the foundation of my foot issues. I suffer from long-term pain, and he recommended medication, orthotics, and surgery with no exploration into the cause. I requested physical therapy of my own desire and he agreed to provide a referral. My PT was shocked by his advice and discouraged me from taking any meds, investing in expensive orthotics or surgery. (For reference, I'm in my 30's and all of these solutions seemed a bit extreme.) Eight weeks later with PT 2x weekly, I am feeling leaps and bounds better. I am so happy that I did not take Dr. Squire's recommendations. He may be fine for some cases that have more straightforward issues, but if you need any exploratory consultation on your pain I do not recommend him.
