Not Patient Friendly
Refuses to fil an RX I've bee on for almost 20 years because I take less than the recommended dose. This is the most important medicine I take to me, because I feel awful without out. I have loss of energy, extreme fatigue, and depression.

15 years and counting. He’s thorough and has a dry wit. He’s helped me through at least one emergency and saved the life of another I know by diagnosing an infection others did not recognize. Great guy all around. Hope he stays in practice a while longer.

He is my doctor. However, my advice to anyone is if your symptoms are bad and persist for a week or more, go to a specialist. Examples, I had abdominal pain and after a physical exam, he thought it was Irritable Bowel Syndrome. A week later with no change, I went to a hospital ER and they diagnosed Appendicitis. I had bad Sciatica, so I went right to an orthopedist who sent me right to a physical therapist, which helped; Dr. Stromberg might have made the same recommendation. Don't let symptoms simply go. After a cataract was removed after which I was left with a partial defect which my surgeon wouldn't explain except to say it might go away. I later went to an optometrist who gave me an explanation I knew was false. I finally went to another ophthalmologist who explained it to me and put my mind at ease. Medicine is not an exact science. Watch 'Mystery Diagnosis' for examples.

I should leave NO stars as a rating but that’s not an option. Due to this doctor’s misdiagnosis of my sister, she passed away of ovarian cancer. When she went to him with her symptoms, he told her she probably had irritable bowel syndrome and prescribed two medications, which, of course, didn’t do anything to relieve her symptoms. She subsequently went to a GYN who sent her for appropriate testing which revealed the ovarian cancer - by then in stage IIIC. Too late. Beware!!

Very professional and thorough. Spends a good amount of time with you, and is knowledgeable. Very personable. I don’t normally give 5 stars, but Dr. Stromberg is one who deserves the full amount. It says something about a doctor when his staff has been with him for over 20 years.!
