Disorganized office (came in several times for scheduled appointments, only to be told they weren’t expecting me), poor communication resulting in medications not being ordered in a timely manner, terrible bedside matter, including the doctor telling us to stop contacting him on his phone number, which he gave us and we used two times to ask when he had sent pertinent documents. Heartbreaking experience during an already traumatic time,

Bad experience from start to finish. Only considered treating there, but I was not interested in what they offered me and did not like the way they went about it. Too much pressure to consider procedures which I was not interested in. I never knew what doctor I would be talking to and that was disconcerting.
