I have had on going feet problems and no one could figure out what was causing my pain. Although I am not healed, Dr. Wilt is doing all that he can do to help figure out a plan to get me feeling 100% better. He is the first doctor who listened and is actually taken me seriously.

We saw Dr. Wilt in Blacksburg for my son's third ingrown toe. The first two were treated at another practice and it was extremely painful and traumatic. With Dr. Wilt it was really no big deal - no significant discomfort at all! He is very skilled and kind! Also, they fit us in pretty last minute for my son's visit home from college. We are very grateful and would definitely go back to Dr. Wilt if needed.

Dr. Wilt is one of the only doctors I've ever seen that has been honest in all aspects of my foot care and treatment. He doesn't sugar coat anything but he is very caring in the way he expresses his thoughts. He is not arrogant like many doctors but he is confident and knows his medicine! Besides him, the staff at the Foot & Ankle Clinic is amazing. They are friendly, welcoming and caring as well. It's great to see a staff that seem to enjoy working with people.

Dr Wilt is one of the best Doctors I have ever used. I highly recommend him to anyone who is suffering with foot problems. He is very knowledgeable and recommends trying all other options before going in for surgery. He cares about his patients and is very kind. I have never waited longer than 10 - 15 minutes at the most to see him. And he accepts new patients.

Dr Wilt is by far the best podiatrist around. He couldn't have a better and more professional staff. If you have feet and ankle problems, he is your man for the job. Whether you are within 5 minutes of his clinic or 5 days it's worth your time to consult with him.

Went in for an ingrown toenail this am. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and Dr. Wilt. Gail and staff were very friendly and helpful in getting me in for an appointment. Dr. Wilt is obviously at the top of his game and he explained everything along the way. He could tell I was nervous and was very comforting and friendly. Quick and to the point, he got the job done w/ little if any discomfort. The worst part was my own anxiousness! Hands down, this is the Doctor to see.
