I really like Dr. Lambert but for some reason I have difficulty getting my medications renewed. I have gone without my blood pressure medication and my cholesterol med for over a week because her staff/nurse did not call them in to my pharmacy until today. Also they did not authorize refills as they usually do. I am very frustrated with this situation and it is very difficult to speak to the staff about this because they hardly ever return phone calls or messages. Something needs to be done!
