Dr. Severson performed my biopsy at Georgetown Medstar. She was extremely personable, professional, caring, and informative throughout the entire procedure, start to finish. And also was respectful of my autonomy, and gave me the option to postpone the procedure and wait 6 months to see how my (non-critical) condition would progress. I was thankful, but declined and decided to go forward with the biopsy. She fully described to me what she was doing during every step of the procedure, and what i could expect to feel. And she provided immediate follow up information directly to me regarding her initial findings. I'm really thankful to Dr. Severson for her comprehensive caring attitude and professional approach. I highly recommend her.
