If you're late 10 minutes you won't be seen. But if you are on time, you have to wait up to 2 hours to be seen.. Treatment usually didn't help me. I'll change this doctor.

The MD is average and mildly friendly and approachable. The office is run poorly and they are unapologetic for the inconveniences they impose. I once water 2 1/2 hours for my appointment to receive critical results- no one apologized but the doctor. I have had appointments cancelled last minute due to the holidays- why schedule me during a holiday you know the doctor isn't going to work? If you have time to kill and don't mind rude staff this is the MD for you!

Dr. Kleinman makes certain that all the information for any treatment my husband and I need to know is calmly and clearly stated prior, during, and after treatment. He is willing to calmly and clearly restate, paraphrase, or further explain any information. He always examines and explains every treatment option. He or his partner are always available and will see my husband at a moment's notice. My husband and I have never felt rushed because Dr. Kleinman is a patient listener.
