Dr. Marquila Freeland, DO

We saw Dr Freeland in Lawnwood when my son was admitted to the pediatric unit. (Even though on my son's discharge paperwork she put he was just observed as an outpatient. Makes no sense but after googling her, her employment in a hospital setting doesn't either lol) He had been in the ICU the week before for an infection in his lungs. He was treated with multiple IV antibiotics as well as placed on a high flow oxygen system to help him breathe as well as receive his breathing treatments. He was discharged after three days and sent home with oral antibiotics. Three days later he spiked a fever, and I brought him back to the pediatric ER. She admitted him and started him on IV antibiotics only to tell me the next day nothing was wrong with my son and it's just his antibiotics causing him to have symptoms as well as a virus which he tested negative for on all the blood work previously. TERRIBLE bed side manner as well. Very obvious her own personal views matter more than the patient.

Dr. Freeland is incredible! She really took the time to listen to me and take a look at my daughter’s skin concerns, all from the comfort of our home during a virtual visit! Within minutes, a prescription was sent to our local pharmacy and we are on our way to getting better already! I highly recommend Freeland Pediatrics. Thank you Dr. Freeland!

Dr. Freeland is the best Dr. Very helpful and great with kids. I'd strongly recommend her to anyone! I trust her with my kids! And I've never had to wait long for her. She knows her stuff and gets the job done!

Dr. Freeland was awesome! My 5 year old daughter & I felt very comfortable with her from just the 1st visit. You can tell her passion for children by the way she interacts with her precious, little patients. :) I would def. recommend her to any parent!

Dr. Freeland was very caring and knowledgeable. She was very thorough and took her time with my daughter.
