Dear Dr. Sachs, It has been a long time since I have been in your care and office. Regardless, I still remember your smile, infinite patience, reassuring wink and the little birds (finches right?) And of course that time, Don and Elaine raced me to see you due to a possible earache. You explained to me what to expect and I told you (being an adopted, feral, spoiled brat); "No, I will scream" and well, in went the scope and out came my scream.
