Unhappy
I am very dissatisfied with the care that i was provided. I had what should have been a simple procedure done that turned out to be anything but simple. His initial appointment was rushed and he was not thorough at all. Do not recommend!

I have always had exceptionally good treatment and attention from Dr. Wingo and his nurse, etc. I always feel I am in very capable and caring hands with Dr. Wingo. Due to Covid, I am behind on my checkup but I just learned he does TeleMed so I will be making an appt ASAP.

Very much bothered by the fact that they ask for money before they even do anything. My husband has an annual check-up and between the Dr. and the surgery center, we're supposed to fork over $2000+ before they even run anything through the insurance. Was told before that they're not a bank. How embarrassing! Will be looking for a different urologist...

I went to give a urine sample on September 4, 2019, two days before Hurricane Dorian hit the area. So, I understood my culture results would be delayed. The office reopened September 9, after the storm had passed. I called Lowcountry Urology in North Charleston, September 9 and again two days later asking if the culture results were in because I had a urinary tract infection. I was told by the receptionist that an emergency request would be sent to Dr. Marshall Wingo on September 9 to call me to give me the results. It is now September 13, and I have yet to hear from Dr. Wingo or his office. I will never go back to this practice. NEVER!
