I was in alot of pain she sent me out for colonoscopy, saw nothing so she treated me for IBS.went years withpain my insides .nurse she ha a total witch ended up getting fired. office staff dont do their job You have to call A LOT to get them to do one thing Ended up leaving she didnt know what was wrong with me,gave me drugs for ibs didnt work and stopped trying tosee what was wrong .took 3 months calling to get med records.new dr found endometriosis in stage 4.had complete hysterectomy. Sad

I've been seeing Dr. Bonkowski since December of 2016. She seems to be a good doctor that is very willing to communicate with her patients. Now as far as the office staff. This is the worst I have ever experienced. The first time I tried to get a refill of medication. Took repeated calls over a period of seven days until I finally got a refill. The second time called in for appointment and a refill, got answering machine and left message on Monday, waited all the way until Friday and still did n
