Dr. Marta Klisinska, MD

I’ve had her as my primary doctor for at least 5 years and is the best I’ve ever had. She recently left the practice and I’m devastated. Now I have to find someone again. If you are lucky to get her, do. She is the best!

I believe this is not Dr. Klisinska's fault but speaking to someone at her office is impossible! I need a pre-auth for my prescription with my insurance and have made more than 30 calls to the office during 5 business days and waited 20+ minutes multiple times using multiple phone numbers and options and have been unable to get anyone to pick up the phone to help with this simple request. Today my boyfriend had to go there IN PERSON to get this done and when he told the staff about the phone problem, they said that ÄT&T was fixing an “issue” and asked us to call this afternoon. Just did. Same thing. Several calls, never ending recordings after menu option and NOBODY answers. This does not look like a phone provider issue, since the automatic system puts you on hold after menu option indefinitely and NOBODY ever answers. What good is a doctor's office that never picks up the phone?

Great doctor. I didn't feel rushed. She explained everything well. Her interventions have really helped. The only problem with this practice is extremely long wait times on the phone EVERY time you call in. I doubt the good doctor is aware of this, but it reflects poorly on all of the physicians.

These isn’t one negative thing I have to say about her. The professionalism is there and she takes all things you say into consideration. I couldn’t ask for a better primary care doctor.

What more can I say- Dr. K is one of a kind! After about 6+ Doctors that could not get my diabetes under control, I found Dr. K. She got it under control and it has been for 2 years now. She also helped me tremendously during a time of horrible depression. Like I told her, there’s Doctors that are simply Doctors, and then those who truly care about their patients. She truly cares, listens, and helps. Always responds to calls quickly, responds to refill requests quickly, and is honest and helpful. I would give 10 stars if I could! Dr. Klisinska is very thorough. She has a pleasant bed side manner. I feel that my needs are being met by her. I highly recommend her as a physician.

Wonderful experience as soon as the assistant brought me in the back. Smiles are contagious and the warmth and compassion I received helped me relax and feel comfortable at my office visit. The doctor is very knowledgable and really cares to listen, never in a rush to leave or make you feel silly for coming to the doctor. Could not have asked for a better doctor.
