They are very annoying psychiatrists. The first and second doctors were very good and my sleep improved significantly. The third time, I changed to a practicing nurse who gave me time realse. After I finished taking it, my mood was like a roller coaster and I had suicidal thoughts. I dumped it in the toilet and sent a text message to the front desk, who called 911. Two police cars and an ambulance came and forcibly sent me to the hospital. My husband took me home. After that, I dared not take this kind of psychiatric drug anymore.

In my opinion, Alzamora should have medical license revoked for pushing meds first visit- forgetting who you are in subsequent visits, taking so much money upfront and arriving 1 hour late to appointment, to rush it and push you out door 20 min later... spends whole time documenting to protect herself. Doesn't follow up with what she says she will do. Brushes you off to secretary who also stops responding and/or with opposite ofverbal agreement after taking $$ Supports her vanity at your expense. Cherry picking the money makers and overbooking for profit profit profit. No time to do professional medical care.

This was my first appointment that I had with Dr. Alzamora and I couldn't be happier. She was thorough and was able to articulate things I wasn't even able to about my own situation. She is very knowledgeable and she seems to take an interest in her patients. I am very hopeful that this is the last time I will have to switch psychiatrists.

This practice is not being managed with the client in mind and Dr. Alzamora was not responsive to my emails and did not speak to me directly to manage a grievance I had with her employees. I had an issue with being overcharged for my copayment and even after informing them they continued to over charge me. At one point I was requested to call my insurance company again after I had already called because the billing specialist was “too busy” to do her job. The next issue was with the manager who was rude and lacked communication skills when I tried to explain that I was told the initial missed appointment fee was waived. She then tried to insinuate I was lying. Lastly, they sent me information about another patient. I know accidents happen but when you dealing with clients you have to be more careful and this just further demonstrates the inadequacy of the practice.

She ignored any question or complaint I had and instead more than doubled my medication dosage and then kicked me out and dropped me as a patient when I finally spoke up for myself. Not to mention they have been committing insurance fraud since I started with them in 2018 and probably long before. Dr. Alzamora should lose her license and her practice should be shut down. The complete disregard for her patients well being is disgusting, and the whole office only cares about your money.

The office staff left a really bad taste Called a few psychiatrists and I’m not liking this at all. The last ones office staff left a really bad taste in my mouth. Asked if the doc is accepting new pts and she couldn’t say. First I’d have to have an intake done then come back to meet with another person for a psychosocial evaluation and not sure who that would be with. When I asked who the other docs were, it seemed as if I was asking too much.

Dr. Alzamora has been my doctor for over 2 years. I have no words to say how professional and knowledgeable she is as a doctor and how wonderful she is as a person.I was impressed of how helpful she was, went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, scheduling appointments, ease the process of receiving my medication&having it covered by my insurance company, etc. I strongly recommend Dr. Alzamora and her office to people that need that extra help to cope better with life's challenges

She has cancelled and re-scheduled my appointments without my knowledge numerous times. They constantly say she has a seminar which incredibly always occurs on a Friday. Then in the same conversation they say she changed her schedule and only works until 2 on Fridays. They have done this numerous times already. I have been asking for the doctor to call me back for about 4 months and I cannot get a call from the doctor. Would complain more but I'm out of room.
