Dr. Martha Elias, MD

Dr. Elias is great at working as a team member with her patient, and not assuming she knows everything, though I could trust her experience. Sometimes, I refused what she suggested, and sometimes I took direction, but we could always come to a consensus about what would happen next.Sometimes, health involves a mutual conversation with a doctor: there isn't necessarily a fix for everything or even decide-ability. Best practice is give and take. That's the way it worked out with Dr. Elias, and it was always a pleasure.

Dr Elias is super and takes time to explain and answer questions and allows your input to be as important as hers. She’s one of the rare doctors that encourages the patient be involved.

Dr. Elias is very thorough and takes her time with each patient. She takes great notes and checks your progress and goes through each part of my symptoms every time I go. I feel that she really listens and is working with me to help me with my mastocytosis and is open to learning more. She is very thorough with reading blood work as well. Very nice to talk with.
