Dr Hagaman and her staff far exceeded our expectations again! We look forward to our next appointment and want to send her team a big thumbs up! Way UP! We were treated as valuable patients to the practice. Not so common these days!

Dr. Hagaman took care of a complex medical situation regarding sleep and allergic reaction issues that had gone undiagnosed by a family member for years. The team is outstanding with people on the autism spectrum and really fights in an appeal to get what is medically necessary!

I’ve been working with American Sleep for several years. Dr. Hagaman is an excellent professional and always looking to make the use of my Bipap more beneficial. While the facility is located close by, we still do telahealth calls. A great advantage to the patient. Dr Hagaman has always considered the needs of the patient first as opposed to creating insurance claims. Thank you Dr. Hagaman.

I like that Dr Hagaman uses the telehealth service as this is very convenient and saves me the time needed to drive to the doctor's office. Susan and Dr. Hagaman are very helpful seeing that I have the proper CPAP equipment.

I feel like Dr. Hagaman really a listens and doesn’t rush my time with her. She’s very understanding and smart, and I appreciate how she explains things in an understandable way. Susan was also very helpful and was a a pleasure to work with!

Under Dr Hagaman's care and guidance my quality of life has been significantly enhanced. She listens to the patient and through caring consideration and consultation charts the best medical care .

Doctor Hagaman is an A+++ Doctor! She’s knowledgeable and cares for her patients.

I am very happy with Dr. Hagaman as a person and have no problems with her bedside manner and care however the communication with her office and coordination of care with sleep study and follow up has been less than desirable. At this time I can not recommend her practice because of my experience but hopefully it will improve for others. Again, this is not due to the care given by Dr. Hagaman but simply the follow up and next steps including getting Rx and securing cpap machine.

Dr. Hagaman has been my sleep Doctor for many years. Probably about 20 years. I could not sleep without waking up many times a night. She did a sleep study on me and then put me on a CPAP machine and my sleep started improving immediately. She has kept me updated with the latest technology and I have been sleeping 100% better since she has started treating me. I am a very young looking 74 year old because she has turned my sleep totally around and I look forward to a good nights sleep now.

Staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Hagaman has an excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable as a sleep physician. She cares about her patients and insists that their needs are met promptly. She answered all of my questions. Above all she is a kind and caring physician.

She was the first doctor that actually diagnosed my condition correctly and it completely turned my life around and made a difference.

She misdiagnosed me with apnea based on an in-home sleep study. I only found this out when I went to a new doctor who took one look at the results and said "What on earth?!!" I spent 18 months struggling with different masks/settings that I DIDN'T NEED. My sleep has gotten worse. I'm livid. If I had to pay more out of pocket for supplies I'd be suing them. Also, the overall incompetence of staff and turnaround time got old real fast. If I've been a patient for that long there is no reason why I should be called after every appointment to ask what my pharmacy or what insurance I have. And this was pre-covid too. It got worse with telehealth visits. I consider myself a very patient & accommodating person but this place turned me into a Karen so here I am writing a review.

2010-2020 downhill throughout visits w/Dr Hagaman. Her availability 1 day a week in pleasant view & 1 day a week in Brentwood, is problem enough. Having driven 45 min just to have an appointment when the closest location 5 minutes from me isn’t an option.. the least her office could do is answer their phones AND reply to voicemails. It’s automated. Limited availability & her staff (Lack of) is snarky & rude. Having been a past client as of today 11/10/20, I was treated like yesterday’s trash today. No apology for their office not returning my 4 phone calls throughout 2 weeks! I was out of town even- I should’ve called more! I asked a Williamson Med Ctr supervisor who gave me a non-public # that’s not listed for general public, only Dr’s & staff.. that in itself was a chore & the rude supervisor had a VERY sharp w/ me, But if she hadn’t called Dr. Hagaman’s office “on my behalf” lol, no one would’ve called me period. Today I got a person to call me back but I was at a new Sleep Dr!

Dealing with this office has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I was blindsided by an exorbitant bill after being told I was only responsible for a copay. Then the office staff told me that they have no idea how much their services cost, so, I was referred to their billing office. They are entirely unreachable by any means. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. IT ONLY EXISTS TO COLLECT MONEY FROM INSURANCE COMPANIES AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR WELL BEING.

My initial experience with Dr. Hagaman was excellent. She has given me hope and wants to get to the root of the problem. I’m excited and pleased to work with her on my severe sleep issues. I give her a 5; however her office staff personnel, Susan, was rude and unprofessional. She wanted to talk about herself, asked inappropriate questions, and provided unnecessary comments as well as cutting me off mid-sentences. I would recommend the Dr, but the intake was very off-putting and uncomfortable.

Her office staff is horrible. They do not return calls, they do not follow through with provider/patient instructions and correspondances.
