I love Dr. Tsarkalis and am so happy that I found her. She listens to all my concerns and I never feel rushed. When I have had concerns she took her time discussing them with me and did additional testing and even sent me to a specialist. I do agree that sometimes the person that answers the phone sound short or rude. However, it is not the the point that I wouldn't do see Dr. Tsarkalis. I think she is just fabulous.

Very kind doctor and very caring Office is spotless and staff very accommodating. I did a few telehealth appointments initially then met the doctor the following month. She is super nice and asked all my questions and concerns . Highly recommend!

Just want everyone to be on high alert there is a doctors office operating in smithtown which I plan on reporting. My mother is elderly and has a very high fever of 102 and coughing. The doctor refused to see my mother. Just sent a prescription for a Covid test to a lab. Well today, my mother was unable to get out of bed with a rising fever and horrific cough. We are speculating that it could be pneumonia, could be strep, could be bronchitis, could be Covid. But we don’t know because the doctor refused to examine her. So I called the doctors office to question them on this. They advised me, in an extremely rude way that they do not see patients with upper respiratory symptoms. To which I replied, then what is the point of having a primary care doctor if she cannot see you when you are sick? It is my great opinion if you do not want to see sick patients. You should not become a primary care doctor. Not only is this neglectful, but it is shameful. As my mother is elderly and getting wors

Dr. Tsarkalis is by far the greatest, most dedicated general practitioner I have ever seen. She goes way above and beyond to make you feel heard and you never feel rushed when speaking with her. She is warm, compassionate, knowledgeable and honest. I have already recommended her to family and friends and would continue to recommend the practice in general to anyone looking for a new doctor.

The office manager is rude the doctor is hard to get an appointment with.

Today is June 15, 2017 & I receive in the mail a threatening letter from Dr. Tsarkalis' incompetent office a bill for services rendered in 2015 they claim went unpaid! The issue was supposed to be cleared back in 2015 since i had proof. Yet, I get this letter threatening me with collections, and will additional charges if i don't immediately pay. I have a receipt from her office showing payment, and yet, they can't get their act together? Incompetent office takes 2 years to fix their records?

I have been using Dr. T as my PCP for at least 5 years now. She is personable, recognizing me by face/name and even remembering my medical details without having to look at my chart. She is always very thorough, doesn't just brush off any concerns I have -- actually listens to me, and actively shares information with a specialist I also see so that they can be on the same page as far as my treatment. I would recommend her to anyone!

Her staff is rude and dr. delegates almost all responsibility to the PA and her staff. She's hardly ever there at the practice. They do not review test results in a timely fashion.

As others have mentioned, this office is clearly only in it for the money. They are totally bought and sold by insurance companies and couldn't care less about their patients, and I think that is disgusting. I would say if you are looking for a new doctor, as I now am, run and run far from this office.

I would NEVER recommend this place nor the Doctor! They are scammers all they want is your money! They don't care about your health they just want their money! I just need a paper filled out for college and they want to charge me $75 to have the two lines filled out and stamped and it is a shot that I had when I was a baby, not like she even gave me the shot! They are SCAMMERS!!! Do NOT go to any of their locations! And the people who work there are rude and disrespectful! SCAMMERS!!!
