Dra. Viera is the best dermatologist in Miami. I am so satisfied with my procedure, her service and all of her staff!!! Would not change her for anything!!!

Worst experience ever. I had to wait 2 hours for a 5 minutes hurry visit from Dr. Vieira. Staff is rude. Try to call and you will wait like a million years before someone picks up the phone. There are 500000 dermatologists in Miami, dont go to this one.

If I could give a zero I would. I had an appointment on July 29th with Dr. Viera. I needed my annual skin cancer check plus I had some things that I needed checked. First, when she did my skin cancer check she didn’t even have me stand up. She checked what she could see as I was still in the chair! I briefly took off my mask so she could check my face, which is where I usually have some spots near my nose that my past doctor had frozen. She did a quick check and didn’t see anything. When I asked that she look closer she said, “Oh yes, I see a couple of spots”. She then proceeded to squirt them quickly. So quickly that they didn’t even scab over. While checking my chest area she found something that she said was a skin cancer. She did a shave biopsy and said that if it came back positive she might need me to return so she could “go deeper” to make sure she gets it all. This was on July 29th. More than a month later I still have no results. UNACCEPTABLE!

She will treat you like she's in a hurry to leave the room before 5 minutes pass. She will NOT engage in conversation with you about any of your habits that might be related to your skin condition, she will not ask you what you eat, look into your skincare routine and will immediately ask you to switch to her stuff without explaining NOTHING. It is very disappointing. I would never recommend going to a dermtologist who doesn't communicate with you and teach you about your skin in ways that make you feel more secure. Horrible treatment. She is a basic dermatologist who recomends CETPAHIL (do yourself a favor and please google the toxic ingredients and hormone disruptors that cetaphil contains.)
