Dr. Martin Baskin is an excellent doctor and a fantastic person. He is very skilled and experienced, as well as very caring, responsive and intellectually gifted. I have used him as my internist, but he is also a pulmonologist. I hear great things about him from other patients when I am in his waiting room. I very highly recommend Martin to anybody looking for a top-knotch physician.

Best DR
I’ve been seeing him as my pulmonologist since I was 16 or 17 in the 1990s! I constantly say I was spoiled for other drs after him, he is caring and responds immediately to calls. One of the best drs I’ve ever had.

Committed to best quality care despite the "new medicine" so many doctors are forced to practice. Compassionate and very responsive.

Dr. Baskin is one of the most uncaring individuals. He spends all of 5 minutes with his patients, on a good day, 7. The physical space of his exam room is absurdly small. One cannot fit a patient with a wheelchair into the room and there is no way to get the patient up on to the exam table from a wheelchair. The doctor never visits his patients once they are hospitalized nor does he submit test results in a timely manner, an important factor if patient is elderly. All in all a terrible doctor.

TERRIBLE bedside manner. My wife had an emergency and he didn't get back to us for hours. Rude on the phone. Simply told us to take her to the ER. Refused to talk to our pharmacist. Sounded rushed and pre-occupied. NOT the kind of physician you need when you're in distress.
